Return Policy

At Opti-Surge LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Eligibility

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • All item(s) must be in their original packaging and include the original receipt containing your Order Number.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning item(s), unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
  • If the return is due to our error, please contact us to receive a prepaid shipping label.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of an error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@opti-surge.com 
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely, including the RAN on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.
  3. In some cases, we may request photos of the damaged/defective item.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
